The kind of clinic where the dog drags you in the door.

We practice fear-free handling, narrate every exam in plain English, and put the estimate in your hand before anything happens. It’s not complicated. It’s just rarer than it should be.

  • Thirty-minute appointments, because ten was never enough
  • One doctor per family, so nobody re-explains the drama twice
  • Texting, online booking, and records you can actually see

The Lodge & The Parlor

Going out of town shouldn’t require a family group chat about the dog. The Lodge is our overnight wing — four walks a day, play sessions matched to your dog’s social style, and a photo report card every evening. Cats get their own quiet hallway with window shelves and zero dog commentary. The Parlor handles baths, cuts, and nail trims with a peanut-butter-first philosophy.

“Our old vet had a phone line and a fax number. Biscuit & Birdie texted us Theo’s bloodwork with a voice note explaining it — before we’d even gotten home.”
